EU and cyber security: what's next?

Cyber security crosses the traditional borders of politics, economics and society. The issue of Network and Information Security (NIS) appears at the top of many policy agendas, with the main concern being to improve the network's protection and "resilience" - i.e. its capacity to resist and recover from an attack. This is fundamental for the economic growth and welfare of the European countries.
