BRIDGES Final Conference. Discussing migration narratives’ policy and societal implications

On 1 February 2024, the BRIDGES Final Conference will take place in Brussels. The whole-day event will be an opportunity to discuss the main findings of the project, to exchange with other research projects working on the same topic and to bridge the gap between research and policy-making by opening a discussion with members of the European Parliament. The event will be open to the public and will take place in person at Les Ateliers des Tanneurs, Brussels. The Conference will be also streamed live through the BRIDGES Youtube channel.

As WP8 leader, the Istituto Affari Internazionali will participate to the morning session "Discussing BRIDGES research results" with Giulia Daga (Researcher, IAI) presenting a working paper on the impact of migration narratives in EU policy-making and to the afternoon session "Bridging research and policymaking. Migration and the European elections: how to go beyond polarising campaigns?” with Francesco Vigneri (Researcher, IAI).
