Europe and Iran: the Challenge to Cooperate

On May 8 President Donald Trump pulled the United States out of the nuclear agreement with Iran. Europe is faced with the difficult task not only of safeguarding the agreement but also of intensifying dialogue with Iran to prevent further destabilization of the Middle East.
