Migrants, EU Court riaffirms Solidarity
The European Union’s Court of Justice riaffirmed the EU's founding principle of solidarity, rejecting legal action by Hungary and Slovakia against the mandatory relocation of refugees from Italy and Greece to other member states. But the crisis is far from being resolved. The EU action plan on migration now shows its weaknesses in Lybia, where - according to Médecins Sans Frontières - EU aids to stem flows are overcrowding detention centres and fuelling migrant abuses.
