Pototschnig for Energy Union Watch

Alberto Pototschnig is the Director of Acer, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators. In his interview for IAI​'s Energy Union Watch, Pototschnig takes stock of the main achievements and challenges in the definition of European energy regulation. As for decarbonization, the report shows that the emissions increase registered is counterbalanced by important advancements on the Clean Energy Package and several initiatives at the Member State, European and multilateral level.
