Over the past three decades, a number of UN Security Council reform proposals have been defined, supported by different groupings of countries. Among them there is only one that does not include an increase in permanent seats and thus appears more easily viable. This is the proposal developed by a group of countries that goes by the name of Uniting for Consensus (UfC).
