General course overview

The course aims to provide practical tools and in-depth knowledge to address the challenges of transnational and international cooperation. It also represents a highly professionalizing opportunity for those who wish to acquire strategic and operational skills to plan and manage projects involving different actors - public and private - in international contexts, with particular attention to the use of financing tools and best practices. Thanks to a theoretical-practical approach and the analysis of real cases, participants will learn to design, manage and evaluate complex interventions, developing skills applicable in high-level work contexts.
