A new energy course for China

A small revolution has shaken the leaders of the Chinese oil industry. At the beginning of May, the government of Beijing reshuffled the top management of the large national energy companies, CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC, fueling speculation concerning the new course of Chinese energy policy.
