Crisi in Libia. Intervento militare o soluzione politica?

Engulfed in a devastating civil war, Libya is a powder keg located only few miles away from the Italian coast. Is it possible to implement an effective crisis management and stabilisation strategy? These issues were discussed during a seminar organised in Rome on 23 February 2015 by the Institute of International Affairs (IAI). At the seminar – moderated by Riccardo Alcaro – attended the Italian ambassador in Tripoli Giuseppe Buccino, Claudia Gazzini, Senior Analyst for Libya of the International Crisis Group, and Nathalie Tocci, Deputy Director of the IAI.
