Environmental Crimes between the EU and South East Asia. A Review of Trends, Obstacles and Solutions for Effective Action
This report aims at providing an overall picture of the environmental crimes taking place between the EU and South East Asian countries; it analyses the economic and political background and exchanges between the two regions, the status and trends of major environmental offenses, the legislative and operative frameworks for both the EU and South East Asian countries and the existing obstacles to effective action. Finally, it proposes a series of solutions and policy recommendations to address them.
