Starting over in Paris

The satisfaction with the agreement reached at COP21 is contrasted with the actual operational complexity needed to implement the political and economic guidelines established by the agreement. The appeal is addressed to all, both public institutions and private companies, in order that they seize this opportunity for development and preservation for future generations.
