Jacek Kucharczyk: Poland divided over EU

Jacek Kucharczyk, President of the Institute of Public Affairs, speaking about what he defines the "Polish paradox": Poland has one of the most pro EU public opinion, but also an eurosceptic government. That makes really difficult to convey a unified Polish vision about EU.
