IAI Commentaries are short, thought provoking opinion pieces tackling a variety of contemporary issues in Italian and global affairs. Authors are encouraged to tackle issues that receive little media attention, ranging from economic, political, social, military and cultural developments spanning all geographical regions. Expressions of interest are welcome at any time by contacting the series editor with a brief abstract and title of no more than 200 words. IAI Commentaries are published on a rolling basis throughout the year. The maximum word limit is 1,500 words. British spelling is used throughout. Please consult the editorial guidelines for more information.
