Strengthening Italy’s foreign policy community

The project was aimed at fostering regular dialogue between Italian diplomats and international affairs experts, departing from the premise that plurality of ideas and perspectives enriches the strategic reflection on Italy's international action. In addition to IAI, the think tanks ISPI, Aspen, CeSPI and ECFR participated in the project. The five institutes organised a series of discussion meetings on topics of international relevance for Italy, based on which dedicated papers were published.
The project saw the collaboration of the Defense, Energy, climate and resources, and Italian Foreign Policy Programmes, coordinated by the latter.
