ICPA (ISR Capability Package Assessment study)
2011 - 2012
Through the definition and analysis of specific operational scenarios derived from Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) missions, the project aims at identifying and assess current gaps in European forces’ ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) capabilities. Thanks to this initial assessment, the consortium should be able to characterise required assets as well as short- and long-term optimal architectures to establish a European integrated ISR system.
