Analysis of CSDP institutional and policy aspects and lessons learned
The aim of the report is to map the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) institutional and policy landscape (including lessons learned) in order to achieve an understanding of the state of the art concerning situational awareness, information exchange and operational control within EU CSDP civilian missions. In doing so, the project seeks to describe the political and institutional background in which the possible establishment of a future Situational Awareness, Information Exchange and Operation Control Platform (OCP) will take place.
